      SHIPPING INFORMATION

      Do you ship internationally?

      At the moment, we exclusively ship to the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and EU. If your country is not listed, please contact our Customer Care Team.

      Can I add items or change the address to an existing order?

      Once the order is confirmed, we cannot change the address nor modify the items of an order. If you placed an order by mistake and you want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Care team.

      How to Track My Order?

      As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option and enter your order number and e-mail address or sign into your account.

      How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

      Orders are processed and shipped only on business days that are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. During holidays and peak periods, your order may take longer than anticipated. All orders are shipped with UPS Express Saver service and can take one to two business days to be delivered.

      Do I have to pay duty and import charges?

      If you are shipping to the US, customs duty has been pre-paid for you by tricotsroma.com with no additional charges on delivery. Deliveries outside of the EU and the US may be subjected to local import taxes, which are under your responsibility where they apply.

      We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, ANTONIA.IT expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we will let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error as soon as your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

      How do I place an Order?

      Making a purchase is easy. Simply click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. On the product page, you can select the size and quantity you desire and click ‘Shop Now’. When you are ready to place your order, select “Go to Checkout”. Before completing your order, please check your Order and Shipping Details carefully. If you want to add or edit the Delivery Address, click “new address”. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

      How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

      Orders are processed very fast and we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the order. If you placed an order by mistake and you want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Care team.

      How can I return my order?

      You have 14 days to request your return to your Customer Care Team, which will provide you with the instructions to follow. Note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice, the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.

      How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

      As soon as we receive and process your return, your order will pass through quality control on our warehouse. Once we receive a confirmation from our warehouse, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 6 working days for the whole process to be completed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that eventual shipping costs and duties paid are not refundable.
