SHIPPING INFORMATION
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we are able to ship our products to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
If your country is not listed, please contact our Customer Care team.
Can I add items or change the address of an existing order?
Once the order is confirmed, we cannot change the address nor modify the selection of items included in your order.
If you placed an order by mistake and you want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Care team.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking and shipping information.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are processed and shipped only on business days – from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.
Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET/EST will be processed on the following business day.
During holidays and peak periods, your order may take longer than expected to be processed.
All international orders are delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which the Customer has sent the order and after confirmation of payment.
Do I have to pay duty and import charges?
All deliveries may be subjected to local import taxes, which are under your responsibility when applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Stripe and Paypal.
If your card was issued outside your country of residence, please note that your order may need additional verification before processing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD (Cash On Delivery) orders and all orders must be fully paid once submitted online.
What happens in case of pricing error?
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and all product information displayed on our website – However, mistakes can sometimes happen. In such cases, TRICOTS reserves the right not to proceed with orders containing pricing errors once spotted.
If an error occurs, we will let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded.
If you were to find an error in your order, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.
How do you use my data?
We use the contact details and personal information you provide to fulfil your order accurately and improve your shopping experience. All the information you share with us will be totally private and confidential. We respect your privacy and will never share any data with third parties, except when strictly related to your specific order. ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an order?
Making a purchase is easy. Simply click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. On the product page, you can select the size and quantity you desire and click on ‘Add to cart’.
When you are ready to place your order, select “Proceed to checkout” on your cart page.
Before completing, please check your order and shipping details carefully.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed very quickly and we cannot guarantee their cancellation once confirmed.
If you placed an order by mistake and you needed to cancel it, please contact our Customer Care team.
How can I return my order?
You have 14 days to request the return of the items to our Customer Care team, who will provide the instructions to follow.
Please mind that in case you decided to use a courier of your choice, the return will be under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.
