Prices shown on the Site are inclusive of VAT unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable. Customers purchasing from an Extra-Cee country will be charged for the items purchased (VAT excluded) and shipping costs only. Please note that orders shipped outside of the European Community (United States and Canada excluded) are served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to tax and customs duties.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. Please be aware that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer’s address due to lack the cooperation of the Customer, as per Ladytricots S.a.S. commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expenses including any import fee that may be required by the customs. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
