RETURN POLICY

The customer has the right to return from the purchased items within 14 days from the date the product has been received or, in the case of multiple items delivered separately with a single order, the final item has been received.

Customers wishing return their items must notify the seller by written communication via mail or e-mail to info@tricotsroma.com.

Within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal, the customer must return the product to the seller according to the terms and conditions.

In case of return, the customer will be refunded without undue delay and, in any case, in not more than 14 days from delivery of the parcel. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. In case the customer requested the refund through a different payment method, they will be charged for any additional costs resulting from the switch to the selected payment method.

The refund may be suspended until receipt of the product, or until the customer can prove the shipment of the items to the seller. Any additional shipping expenses and duties are not refundable.

In case of return, shipments and duties are charged to the customer.

The return is subject to the following conditions:

  • the product must be returned to the seller unused, with all original tags, accessories, and instruction booklets attached. Items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or altered will not be accepted for return. To limit any damages to the original package, we recommend to put it in an additional box for protection. In case of defective item, or incorrect item following a mistake in the order, please inform the customer care team providing pictures of the issue;
  • the gift wrapping is not refundable;
  • please avoid attaching labels or tape directly to the original packaging of the product;
  • the seller reserves the right to verify full compliance with the above conditions. Items not compliant with the above directions will not be accepted or refunded.
